Just in case you missed it, here's an hour long interview of David Chang by Charlie Rose from last month. There's not much new information from the interview if you've been up on his nutsack like the whole culinary community has been for the past 2 years, but it's still worthwhile to watch in order to see his demeanor and his interaction with an interviewer.
By the way, if you still haven't eaten at any of his restaurants...what the shit are you waiting for?
